Customer FAQ
Quick answers about purchasing, accessing and using Syllabuild Science learning products.
01What does Syllabuild Science sell?+
Syllabuild Science offers digital science learning products that can combine a detailed PDF lesson book, protected online reader, interactive activities, assessments and classroom-sharing options.
02Can I preview a product before buying?+
Yes when preview pages or an interactive demo are enabled. The product page shows what can be previewed before checkout.
03What payment methods can I use?+
The Accepted payments area shows only payment methods currently enabled by the store.
04Do I need an account before buying?+
Not necessarily. Supported guest checkout can use your name and email first. You can later claim eligible purchases using the same email.
05Where are my purchased products?+
Signed-in customers can open My Science to see products connected to their account and continue reading or interacting.
06What happens if I try to buy the same product again?+
If the same customer already has an active paid entitlement for that product, the store can block the duplicate purchase and direct the customer back to existing access.
07What is included with a product?+
Check the product page. It identifies the page count, grade level, preview pages, interactive features and classroom-sharing availability.
08Can I download the PDF?+
Only when the specific product enables customer download. Otherwise the lesson is read through the protected online reader.
09Can I share a product with my class?+
Only when the product has a classroom license. Eligible buyers can create controlled learner share links without giving students the buyer account password. Seat limits and access conditions are shown for the license.
10Can students have separate progress?+
Classroom learners can have separate progress records when the activity supports progress tracking.
11What happens after a full refund?+
A confirmed full refund normally revokes the paid entitlement and any classroom access linked to that order.
12How is my information used?+
Information is used for checkout, access, account recovery, classroom sharing, progress, security and support. Marketing email is optional. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13Who do I contact about copyright, accessibility or technical issues?+
Use the support contact published on the site and include the product title, page or activity, device/browser and a clear description of the problem.
